CO-WIN factory occupies 8,000spm, with 200 mold makers and technicians, 60 engineers, there are more than 60 in mold trial and injection department they are working 2 shifts to service the customer and meet their requests. And ... the annual turnover is about 8 million US$(about 600 tools per year).
Injection
We specialize in manufacturing high-performance injection molds using efficient production of plastic components. Efficient production of injection molded plastic components requires some secondary processing procedures.
Machining
According to customer demand, structural design, mold design and injection based on the surplus of green also provides customers with secondary processing services.
